Guess who got a fresh look!
It's Apple's newest iPhone: the iPhone 8 which is set to be released on September 12. Now before you go all excited about getting your hands on this beauty, let's take a look at what to expect on this smartphone.
Bye, bye Home Button
Yes, the Home button has been obviously eliminated and, instead, has been replaced with a software bar that a user can drag up to the middle of the screen. This allows for more flexibility in terms of multitasking and switching apps.
Updating iOS has always been some sort of issue with iPhone users. Will it be an issue this time around? Leaks have shown us the iPhone 8's new interface. We're still having mixed feelings about it. How about you?
Facial ID Recognition System
Yup, rumor has it that Apple is getting rid of the Touch ID and switching over to the commercially untested Facial ID recognition instead. Hmm, curioser and curioser.
Ah, the rise in price. That's what Apple is all about. However, Apple is actually launching the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus (which will both be cheaper than the iPhone 8) at the same time. Marketing strategy? Perhaps.
Let's wait and see what Apple's 10th anniversary brings forth. The new iPhone is set to roll out on September 12. Watch out for it!
